Also: the ice beard is scary. The ice beard is the judging mind ready to spike you in your tracks if you slip up/fall down. Ha!

It was brought to my attention via reading this that I am a lot more tuned into 'result ended' than I thought I was. That is something for me to definitely look at with patience of course.

My own experience of doing three years of the Alexander Technique training was an incredible realization of how much I was tuned out of the process of movement, personal interactions, life, etc. Always just trying to get from point A to point B without paying much attention. It's really common and also why the simple practices of meditation and AT, for instance, are so useful. Because they really work with these habits.
